Tip of the day:Try to workout 3-5 times a week. Break a sweat, get your heart rate up, make your muscles sore. Then eat well and recover. To make this easier you have to know your WHY. Why should you workout? Why should you eat healthy? Why should you sleep and recover? And most importantly: Why should you skip junk food and be lazy?! When you know your WHY it will make your choice so much easier.
